The city is located in the northern part of Moldova, founded in 1965 from a village with a sugar plant. It was recognized as the smallest city in Moldova and belongs to the Singerei district. The name of the city is translated as Victory. Borders with cities: to the north-east Floresti, to the south Singerei, to the west Balti, to the north-west Riscani. Despite the small town, a taxi in Biruinta x does not differ from other taxis, service and quality at altitude.
